Congress Venue

Neuropathology 2000 was held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) Birmingham which is recognised as one of the UK's most advanced conference venues. Opened in 1991, the International Convention Centre features state-of-the-art conference and audio visual facilities.

Birmingham: the Heart of England

Birmingham is a vibrant cosmopolitan city home to the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, and the Midlands Art Centre. The City Museum and Art Gallery has one of the world's leading pre-Raphaelite collections while the Barber Institute of Fine Arts houses Impressionist and Renaissance works. To complement the cultural side is the newly developed Brindley Place and canal-side Water's Edge with dozens of bars, restaurants, and clubs right beside the ICC.
