Italian Delegates
Please note that Italian organisations that wished to sponsor the
participation of Italian doctors should present their application
through our official agency, who will forward them to the Italian

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Congress
Organisers. Cancellations were accepted until June 30 2000 with a
refund of all fees except for an administration fee of £40.00. No
refunds can be made or cancellations received after 1 July 2000.
