The Scientific programme will cover all important aspects of neuropathology. Emphasis will be on molecular, cell biological and transgenic approaches to the study of the mechanisms and causes of neurological diseases, and the newest diagnostic applications.

The meeting will be held in the ultramodern Helsinki Biomedicum, the brand new biomedical research centre of the University of Helsinki. The Congress will be within easy access of the many attractions of Helsinki, the fresh and dynamic capital of Finland.
